Order processing time is the total time it takes from the time an order is placed to when the order is queued for shipment. Order processing includes selecting the right product, quality checks, and packaging. On Motaora the processing time varies from 24 hours to 2 business days.

Any information shared during registration, placing an order or any personal information requested you to share when you contact us through email or phone is never shared with any entity outside Motaora.com. Why don’t you offer free shipping?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer free shipping due to our competitive prices. However, we charge a minimal shipping fee irrespective of the volume of your order.
How long does it take to deliver an order?
Order delivery times may vary depending upon various factors such as the customer’s geographical location, Product Warehouse, shipping method selected during checkout, public holidays, etc. Delivery from local Warehouses is extremely faster. Can I return my order and get a refund?
